CEDAR & SNOUT TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order with Cedar & Snout, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read them before purchasing.

1. Our Products

Cedar & Snout sells dog harnesses and related pet accessories.

We aim to describe and photograph products as accurately as possible, but colours and details may appear slightly different on different screens.

We may update or discontinue products at any time.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to change or cancel it, especially if it has already been processed or dispatched. If you need to amend something, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, if there is a pricing error or stock issue). If this happens, you will receive a full refund.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods offered at checkout.

We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay will be the price shown at the time you placed your order.

4. Dispatch & Delivery

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown at checkout and/or in your order confirmation. These are estimates only and may vary, especially during busy periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or postal service, or by events outside our control.

Please make sure your delivery details are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses being provided.

5. Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind, you can return unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear, damage, or use (for example, fur, dirt, strong odour, or chew marks).

Unless the item is faulty or we have made a mistake, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If a product is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, repair (where appropriate), or refund, in line with your consumer rights.

7. Sizing & Fit

Sizing information is provided as a guide. Please measure your dog carefully before ordering.

We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect size selection, but you may be able to return or exchange the item in line with our returns policy above (subject to stock and condition of the item).

8. Use of Our Products

Owners are responsible for supervising their dogs while using Cedar & Snout products.

We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from misuse of our products, failure to follow instructions, or use on dogs that are unsuitable for the product (for example, extreme pullers where a different type of equipment is recommended).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with your purchase is limited to the price you paid for the product.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, product names, photos, and content relating to Cedar & Snout are our intellectual property and must not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.

11. Privacy

We use your personal information only to process and fulfil your order, communicate with you, and where agreed, send marketing updates.

We do not sell your data to third parties. For more details, please see our separate Privacy Policy (or contact us directly).

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in place at the time you submit your order will apply to that order.
