Right now we ship within the UK, but we’re working on expanding! Keep an eye on updates.

What is your returns & exchange policy? 

Returns

Because we’re an online store, you can return any unused item within 14 days of receiving it.

Just make sure it’s:

• unused

• clean and hair-free

• in original condition

Customers cover return postage unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem — same deal as above. Message us first so we can confirm stock.

Faulty Items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll sort it immediately (refund or replacement).

 

How to Return

 

1. Email us or dm us on instagram your order number + what you want to return.
2. We’ll reply with the return address.
3. Post it back (tracked recommended).
4. Once it arrives with us, we’ll refund or exchange it within a few days.

How do I clean my dog harnesses?

Care Instructions

To keep your Cedar & Snout harness looking its best and feeling soft for every adventure:
• Hand washing is recommended to maintain softness and shape.
• Machine washable on a gentle cycle using cold water.
• Place inside a laundry bag for added protection when machine washing.
• Use a mild detergent only.
• Do not soak for prolonged periods.
• Do not wring or twist the fabric.
• Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals.
• Air dry only — reshape and gently fluff while damp.
• Avoid tumble drying, direct heat, or prolonged sunlight exposure.

Please note: improper washing or drying may affect the appearance and longevity of the product.
